Paint Technician**
**Job Description**
A manufacturer in Indianapolis is seeking a skilled Paint Technician for a 1st shift position. The role involves working with industrial painting processes and ensuring high-quality finishes on manufactured parts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and comprehend basic work instructions.
+ Mix paint compounds according to work instructions.
+ Rack parts in preparation for painting processes.
+ Perform basic spraying techniques to ensure complete coverage of parts.
+ Utilize oven and other drying techniques, including managing curing temperatures.
+ Remove parts from racks after the painting process is complete.
+ Visually inspect finished products for defects related to wet processing.
+ Clean painting equipment after use.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in using spray guns and paint booths.
+ Experience with industrial painting techniques.
+ Ability to perform paint preparation tasks.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with industrial paint processes.
+ Experience in sprayer operations.
+ Competence in inspecting finished products for quality assurance.
