Senior Design Project Manager

We're seeking a Design Project Manager in Jacksonville, FL to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of design projects for industrial and logistics clients, including food processing and warehousing. This role is ideal for someone with experience managing A/E teams, design schedules, permitting, and client communications. Relocation assistance is available.

responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams (internal & external)
  
  
• Maintain project scope, timeline, and budget
  
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and permitting agencies
  
  
• Serve as point of contact for client communications
  
  
• Track invoicing, change orders, and design deliverables
  
  
• Provide technical support through construction as needed
