Job Description :

• Prepare drawings for schematic design, design development, and construction documents
• Prepare presentation graphics with 3D models and renderings
• Assist your team with programming and space planning to assess client and project needs
• Work alongside and understand the functional organization of the project team
• Utilize your technical skills in Revit and other design application software
• Organize and check your work for accuracy, omissions, and legibility
• Nationwide traveling for site visits for field verification, measurement, & agencies inquiries.

• Degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited program
• General knowledge of building codes and experience with submitting plans for agency review and approval
• Proficiency in Revit is a must
• Adobe Creative Cloud including: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign preferred
• Fluent knowledge of drawing sheet setup, families, and plotting
• Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills
• Experience in commercial (retail, office, and restaurant) projects desirable
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Japanese speaking/reading is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with team members and follow instructions
• Valid CA drivers license and reliable transportation
• Valid Work status in the US (Citizenship, Permanent Resident, Green Card, etc.)
