Chief Estimator - Concrete

• 7+ years as an Estimator with a GC
• Proficient in using Bid2Win estimating software or similar tool
• Estimating medium-to-large concrete projects
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the estimating team
• Review project plans, risks, and scope
• Prepare estimates, budgets, and bid documents
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Analyze costs and industry trends
