Construction Mechanical Project Manager

Job Description:
Lead and manage implantation of the HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Protection/Automation systems required for mass production of ingot, wafer, cell, and module that will be processed at a new manufacturing plant in Cartersville, Georgia; furnish the technical needs in all stages of the factory construction phase and design, including conceptual and detailed system design deliverables, observing regulatory codes and requirements of other stakeholders, specifying the balance of systems, and coordinating needs for permitting; oversee the daily activities of constructing new manufacture facilities in Cartersville, Georgia, including, but not limited to, managing the site construction activities related to HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Protection/Automation systems issues with the assigned General Contractor, tracking progress and control, providing technical advice on scheduling, risk control, claim management, inspection, and testing, commissioning productivity review, and prioritizing project tasks and demands, etc.; ensure that all independent testing and inspections are completed in a timely manner as required by government authorities and that all required civic bodies inspections are performed; act as a project manager by maneuvering overall projects and assisting the Director of Project Control in developing and reviewing project schedules, cost estimation, bills of materials, budgets, scopes of work, standards, and quotes from the contractors and suppliers; evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency; ensure compliance with applicable government regulations; adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Georgia; perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience in engineering management and construction project coordination for large scale manufacturing plants.
