Skilled Handyman

Property Handyman - Rentals/Flips/Construction - Burlington/Camden/Gloucester Counties

We are seeking a reliable handyman for rental properties, flip house punchlists, and new construction punchlist items. Full-time and part-time positions available.

What You'll Do:

Complete punchlist items for flip properties and new construction
Rental property maintenance and repairs
Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
Painting and drywall repair
Installation of fixtures and hardware
Travel between properties in Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties, NJ

Requirements:

10+ years handyman/maintenance experience required
Own basic tools and reliable transportation
Valid driver's license and insurance
Ability to work independently
Good communication skills
Background check required
