HIRING - carpet installer, carpet mechanic, floor layer, carpet layer

We are a full service synthetic turf, contracting company. We install synthetic turf every day. Synthetic turf is essentially high-quality outdoor carpet, we are looking to hire experienced carpet Installers that may be interested in branching out into the synthetic turf industry, your skills and knowledge as a carpet installer will be extremely helpful installing synthetic turf.

Were seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to join our growing team in the artificial turf industry. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to learn valuable installation skills in a fast-expanding field.

What Were Looking For:
-A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
-Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
-Valid drivers license
-A positive attitude and the drive to grow with the company

Preferred (but not required) Skills:
-Experience with general construction or landscaping
-Ability to drive a truck with a trailer
-Operating light machinery (e.g., skid steer)
-Previous exposure to artificial turf installation
