We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management and estimating teams on commercial fire protection projects. This role involves tracking project milestones, managing bid assignments, and submitting project plans and documentation through platforms like Procore, BuildingConnected, and Bluebeam. You will coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience in construction, fire protection, or working with project management software is a plus but not required. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized and running smoothly from start to finish.
