Our client, a leader in water quality instrumentation, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the Sustaining Engineering team supporting the development and maintenance of innovative products. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a hands-on approach, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Loveland, CO
Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000
What's the Job?
- Redesign and troubleshoot electronic circuits for performance, part availability, and manufacturability.
- Design and run tests to verify electrical performance under real-world conditions (e.g. aging, temperature, ESD).
- Respond to production or field issues with urgency and technical depth.
- Communicate effectively across departmentsincluding quality, operations, and purchasingto find practical solutions.
- Drive design changes and support documentation through ISO-controlled quality systems.
What's Needed?
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering roles, ideally with a focus on sustaining, serial manufacturing, or embedded systems.
- Proven knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, testing, and analysis.
- Understanding of ISO quality systems and design controls.
- A hands-on mindset and willingness to walk to the production floor or speak with a supplier to get the job done.
