Small business deck remodeler looking for Carpenter cash paid daily

I do a lot of deck remodels which would include tearing off deck board tearing off railings replacing deck boards sometimes occasional footing some structural repair we do other carpenter work as well but 80% of the work is deck remodels composite and wood. I'm looking to find somebody that has light Carpenter skills or full Carpenter skills message me and tell me what your skills are and what you want for a daily cash wage, you need to have your own transportation, and some tools would be helpful
You should be able to read a tape measure and cut wood or anything square.
