What You’ll Do:

• Job Costing & Project Accounting
• Billing & Revenue Management
• Accounts Payable & Subcontractor Compliance
• Payroll & Labor Allocation
• Financial Reporting & Support

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of accounting experience in the construction industry (general contractor experience strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of job costing, billing, and WIP reporting.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as Foundation, Sage300, Quickbooks
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes .
