Restoration and Remodeling Carpenter

We are hiring talented Restoration and Remodeling Carpenters as employees to work directly for David Spence Inc. We are not looking to subcontract any work out or to high though a 3rd party.

Must be knowledgeable in:

Waterproofing- this we will train on
Bathroom Remodels
Kitchen Remodels
Trim
Flooring- Tile, LVT, Carpet, Wood
Doors
Windows
Paint
Framing
Siding
Stucco
Drywall- Hanging, Finishing, Texture

Must have reliable transportation- Truck or Van Required as you will be transporting materials to and from job sites and picking up materials from vendors.

Must have own tools

Compensation based on experience

Must be able to Problem Solve

Must have Common Sense

Clean cut

Must pass a Drug Test- If you have to study for the drug test need not apply
