1st shift: 5AM-1:30PM M-F

Pay: $20-23/hr

General Responsibilities & Position Purpose:
Seeking skilled welders with experience in MIG welding for high-volume production work. Candidates must be able to read and interpret blueprints, follow safety protocols, and produce consistent, high-quality welds in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, proficiency with various welding equipment, and the ability to maintain productivity under tight deadlines are required.

Primary Duties:
Apply appropriate welding process to materials and repair welds on parts per specifications.
Perform as a team member which requires you to cross train on other departments.
Perform safety checks and preventative maintenance on welding equipment and completed products.
Ability to weld various metals such as Stainless Steel and Galvanized .
Ability to read and understand tape measures, various gauges, work orders, charts and safety regulations
Knowledge and skills with multiple welding processes (Fuel Gas, Gas Metal Arc, Gas Tungsten Arc).

Physical Requirements :
Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively.
Must be able to stand, walk and sit for extended amounts of time.
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel as needed.

Capabilities and/or Experience Required:
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
High level of Attention to Detail and Organized.
Strong Interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with Customers, Co-Workers and Leaders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be proficient with computers including handheld scanners.
Function with a team, take direction, and have a positive attitude.

Personal Protective Equipment and/or Dress Code Requirements:
Steel Toed Boots.
Tools and weld hood will be provided by employer.
Jeans and T-Shirt is Required. (No Sweatpants allowed).
Ear plugs, Safety classes, and Gloves required (Provided by client).
