Project Administrator
Job Description

We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our team and assist with the daily functions of the Project Management team. The Project Coordinator will provide routine administrative support to internal and external project management team members, ensuring the smooth operation of project activities. This role involves collecting, processing, inputting, organizing, and filing data and documentation from various sources and stakeholders to support the administrative, documentation, data, reporting, compliance, and communications needs of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Project Management team and reach out to vendors for submittals and collecting purchase orders.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, collaborating with subcontractors, supervisors, and project managers to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.
  • Support project management with project deliverables, including managing information on the project dashboard and electronically processing various documents such as submittals, pay applications, bills of sale, compliance documentation, requests for information, and change documents.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in project administration and data entry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with the Project Management team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Quick to learn new computer applications.
  • Understanding of construction projects and submittal processing experience.
Work Environment

The position involves working on commercial construction projects outside of Tulsa, specifically at a data center. The role supports multiple projects simultaneously, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though there is potential for earlier completion depending on the team's progress.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
