- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular site inspections to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Lead and direct subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and financial goals.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks, ensuring all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project managers, clients, and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and compliance documentation.
- Proven track record as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of project management.
- Expertise in construction processes, materials, and safety protocols, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Strong analytical skills to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with project management software and digital tools for scheduling and reporting.
- OSHA certification preferred; additional industry certifications are a plus.
- Experience with change orders, RFIs, submittals, and take-offs.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, Sage.
- Experience working on healthcare projects and/or manufacturing, clean rooms, biopharma.
- PMP certification is a plus.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $130000.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
