Handyman / Janitor

Now Hiring: Full-Time Handyman & Janitor Downtown Los Angeles Property

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman and a dedicated Janitor to join our team at a commercial property located in Downtown Los Angeles. These are full-time positions
(Handyman Monday to Friday) (Janitor Monday to Saturday)

Handyman Responsibilities include:
* Performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks
* Handling basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects
* Assisting with property improvements and special projects
* Supporting additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Janitor Responsibilities include:
* Performing routine custodial duties throughout the property
* Maintaining cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and offices
* Assisting with other maintenance and operational needs as assigned

Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Prior experience in janitorial services, preferably in a commercial building
* Familiarity with common janitorial tools, equipment, and procedures

General Requirements:
* Must be eligible to work in the United States
* Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Commitment to high-quality work and customer service
