Welder**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Welder to join our team specializing in the fabrication and repair of pressure vessels. The ideal candidate will have experience with various welding processes and a strong understanding of codes and standards. This role is critical to ensuring the structural integrity and performance of high-pressure systems used in industrial applications.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform welding and fabrication tasks on pressure vessels.

+ Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and standards for welding.

+ Read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols accurately.

+ Conduct weld tests to meet company and code standards.

+ Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in proper working condition.

+ Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding processes.

+ Experience with stainless steel and structural welding.

+ Ability to fit, grind, and fabricate components accurately.

+ Minimum of 25 years of experience in welding pressure vessels or similar heavy industrial equipment.

+ Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and physical stamina.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ High school diploma or GED required; technical training or welding certification preferred.

+ Familiarity with welding procedure specifications (WPS).

+ Ability to pass weld tests in accordance with company and code standards.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
