General Laborer

RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are currently hiring General Laborer to join our team in Kent, WA with $22/hr pay for a 6-month contract (temp only). This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. APPLY NOW!

Work Schedule: 4: 00AM - 12: 30PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned machinery, equipment, or perform physical loading/unloading of materials as instructed.
• Safely run material handling equipment and assist with the production process.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including use of PPE and proper machine operation.
• Load and unload raw materials or finished goods.
• Conduct visual quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including basic maintenance and housekeeping.
• Comply with all site rules, policies, and supervisor directions.
• Perform additional tasks and support production needs as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Steel toe shoes are mandatory.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks including lifting, standing, and repetitive motion.
