Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial HVAC Duct Installer for an immediate opening in Kent, WA. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with consistent hours and potential for permanent hire.

Position Overview:
Pay: $38$50/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: MondayFriday | 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week - overtime as needed per job requirements
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities/Experience Needed:
As a Commercial HVAC Duct Installer, you will:
Install commercial HVAC duct systems, including sheet metal ductwork
Connect furnaces, coils, and gas/electrical components
Install and set up:
Mechanical startup
Class 1 ducting
AHUs (Air Handling Units)
MAUs (Make-Up Air Units)
DOAS (Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems)
Range hoods
VAVs (Variable Air Volume units)
Sound attenuators
Mini-split systems
Chillers and related accessories
Security bars
Suppression experience is a plus
Minimum 2+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical HVAC components
Familiarity with commercial jobsite safety and practices
Clean driving record
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Authorized to work in the United States
Proper use of PPE required
