Architectural Designer

Architectural Designer (2 Openings) - Under supervision, lead and contribute to the development and refinement of design concepts for architectural projects, ensuring innovative, functional solutions that meet client goals and align with HLWs design philosophy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including interior designers and engineers, for cohesive integration of design across all project phases; prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and construction documents; ensure design compliance with building codes, ADA regulations, and systems specifications while overseeing the quality of deliverables; assist with material selection and systems research to support sustainable design; and conduct field visits to verify construction alignment with design plans.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Architecture plus 5 years of professional architectural design experience. Experience must include involvement in various phases of projects, from conceptual design to execution, and sustainable design practices. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino is required.
