**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Plumber / Pipefitter to join our team, specializing in mechanical plumbing and pipefitting for commercial construction projects. The role involves installing plumbing, piping, and duct work on various commercial sites.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install plumbing, piping, and duct work on commercial construction projects.
+ Ensure high-quality workmanship in all mechanical plumbing tasks.
+ Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
+ Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proven plumbing experience, particularly in commercial construction.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
+ Experience in the installation of piping systems.
+ Capability to work with PVC, CPVC, PEX, and Copper piping.

Work involves commercial new construction and renovations, with job sites primarily located within one hour from Gap, PA, including areas like Lancaster, Elizabethtown, King of Prussia, and Fleetwood. Current projects include work at a Senior Living Facility in West Chester. Candidates should be comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments year-round.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of GAP, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
