Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to handle various maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and functional. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. ***Position is Located in Palestine, Texas!***

**Duties**

- Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.

- Conduct repairs on appliances, fixtures, and furniture as needed.

- Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including the use of an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting.

- Respond promptly to service requests and complete tasks in a timely manner.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.

- Document completed work and report any additional issues or concerns.

**Qualifications**

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques.

- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as an ohmmeter.

- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.

- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

- Plumbing License (Preferred)

- HVAC Certification (Preferred)
