Position Summary
Project management of all aspects of design, construction, and renovation projects for ECU Health.
Responsibilities
- Establish User Groups, define scope, schedule, and budget.
- Oversee development of site plans, floor plans., outline specifications, and user group activities.
- Refine site and building element designs, refine schedule and budget, and oversee user group activities.
- Oversee construction drawing and specification completion, review final plans and specifications, facilitate AHJ submittals, validate scope, schedule, and budget.
- Contractor selection, Prebid conference, receipt of construction bids, validate scope, schedule and budget, recommendation for award, contract creation.
- Construction management, ILSM-Infection Control, site observations, OAC meetings, RFI's, CPR's, obtain Certificate of Occupancy and DHSR/DOI approval.
- Facilitate occupancy, contract closeout, and warranty activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Four year college degree- or higher.
- 5 years experience may substitute for education.
- Prefer greater than 5 years experience in Project Management in architecture, engineering, or construction specific to healthcare.
