Job Summary

The Functional Architect (ISG) will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing data and analytics solutions within the organization. With a focus on Sales Ops Services Commercial Gen AI and Marketing Operations the candidate will leverage their extensive experience to drive innovation and efficiency. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of business processes and technical expertise to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data and analytics solutions to enhance business decision-making processes.
• Oversee the integration of Sales Ops Services to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Provide expertise in Commercial Gen AI to develop innovative solutions that drive business growth.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize Marketing Operations through data-driven insights.
• Ensure alignment of data strategies with organizational goals to maximize impact.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture and processes.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
• Monitor industry trends to keep the organization at the forefront of technological advancements.
• Guide teams in the adoption of best practices in data management and analytics.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that enhance operational capabilities.
• Support the development of training programs to upskill team members in relevant areas.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in data and analytics with a focus on business applications.
• Demonstrate expertise in Sales Ops Services and its impact on business processes.
• Have experience in implementing Commercial Gen AI solutions to drive innovation.
• Show proficiency in optimizing Marketing Operations through data insights.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $[132,000 -155,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
