With a strong foundation in the drywall and framing trades, we bring deep industry knowledge to every project-and we're looking for a Project Administrator with hands-on experience in these trades to help with our continued growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the construction project team, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the construction project team, including document management, project scheduling, and coordination of meetings and communications.
• Assist the Project Management team with Procore document management and reporting.
• Assist with the preparation of contracts and change orders.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, logs, and other project-related documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Assist with the preparation and submittal of project closeout documentation.
• Provide support to the project team during the construction phase, including maintaining project files and distributing construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with all project-specific requirements, including safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and ship requested PPE to job sites as needed.
• Maintain inventory of PPE and company-branded merchandise.
• Assist the project team with travel and hotel reservations.
• Create documents and reports as needed for the Project Team.
