Join us as a Facilities Infrastructure Engineer, where you'll spearhead the maintenance of our site's infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure our operations run smoothly, delivering reliability alongside safety and efficiency in all facility systems.

Your Day-to-Day Activities

  • Facility Oversight: Manage facility systems for optimal operation.
  • Project Leadership: Drive facility-related projects from concept to completion.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Organize both preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Uphold safety standards and compliance with local laws.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Implement energy-saving and waste reduction strategies.
  • Documentation: Maintain meticulous records and reports of facility activities.
  • Vendor Relations: Communicate with external vendors for service and supplies.
  • Team Dynamics: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams.

Position Requirements

  • Degree in Facility Management or Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
  • Proven experience in facilities management or relevant field, solar industry desired.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Acquainted with industry safety standards and building regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management prowess.
  • Proficiency with facility management digital tools.
  • Superior communication skills.

Preferred Expertise

  • Facility management certification (e.g., CFM, FMP).
  • Experience in energy and sustainability practices.
  • Insight into industry-specific regulations.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin are beneficial.
  • Adaptability to emerging technologies.
  • Commitment to continuous learning.

Work Environment

  • Standard office setting with facility area inspections.
  • Potential travel to other locations as required.
  • Flexibility in work hours for project demands.
