Senior Project Manager - Land Development

Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Land Development with a background in civil engineering to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to lead a variety of land development projects and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide design teams on residential and commercial development projects
• Manage multiple projects, including timelines, budgets, and client communications
• Coordinate with local and state agencies for permitting and regulatory compliance
• Support business development efforts by identifying new project opportunities
• Ensure quality and consistency in project deliverables* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering
• Proven experience in project management
• Experience working in Florida or similar regulatory environments is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage teams and maintain client relationships
• Solid understanding of land development, stormwater, and utility design
• Proficiency with engineering software such as AutoCAD and other relevant tools
