Based in San Antonio, we are expanding rapidlywith plans to take on larger-scale jobs in schools, public sector buildings, and municipal contracts. This is not a one-and-done hustle. We are establishing a serious, well-run operation and are seeking subs who take pride in quality workmanship, meet deadlines, and want to grow with a GC that is scaling city by city. We are currently forming long-term working relationships with subcontractors who can support a high-volume pipeline. Trades Needed (Scope-Specific): Painting - Interior/exterior, spray & brush work, clean lines, attention to detail Drywall / Texture - Tape & float (Level 4-5), patching, knockdown, orange peel Flooring - LVP, tile, laminate, wood, grouting, leveling, clean finish Finish Carpentry - Doors, trim, crown molding, cabinets Concrete - Patios, slabs, sidewalks, forming, finishing General Labor - Demolition, cleanup, debris removal Licensed Electricians - Residential/light commercial installs up to code Licensed Plumbers - New installations, repairs, PEX, gas lines Licensed HVAC Techs - Full installs, minisplits, tune-ups, certified Requirements: Must have own tools and reliable transportation Communication and punctuality are a must We only deal directly with the subcontractor performing the work No middlemen, no crew leads we're hands-on with the ones who show up and get it done Must perform clean, professional-grade work Licenses/certifications required where applicable (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) Willingness to comply with school/government work clearance if needed Our Vision: Anchored Precision isn't just taking jobs we're building a regional brand known for high standards, integrity, and execution.
