HVAC Technicians and Installers Bolton Construction and Service, LLC in Raleigh NC compensation: 25-35+ per hour employment type: experience level: mid level job title: HVAC Technician & Installers Seeking experienced Residential HVAC Technicians and Installers to service and install residential and light commercial HVAC duct systems and equipment, while providing top notch customer service. Please note that this is NOT a seasonal position. We want you to join our team permanently and grow with us!! ** Applicants must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and a good driving record ** Duties and Responsibilities: Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and Heat Pumps Maintenance and repair of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation, and Heat Pumps Demonstrate technical competency Complete jobs efficiently and accurately while exceeding customer expectations Complete all required documentation on services, explain guarantees/warranties, collects, records and delivers fees to the office Build trust with customers to promote referrals and repeat business Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Licenses: 4+ Years of Experience High School Diploma or equivalent *Required Valid Driver's License with clean driving record *Required. Must be able to secure valid NC Driver's License withing first 30 days of employment. Ability to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed *Required EPA Certification NATE Certification Proven track record in HVAC heating and cooling systems Strong verbal and written communication, customer service and people skills Comfortable installing round and rectangular duct Proficient in installing gas and refrigeration pipe Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshoot and install all residential and light commercial systems Able to measure duct work and install equipment accessories Ability to supervise entry level employees Exceptional safety knowledge of tools and surrounding (OSHA certifications are a plus!)
