Sr. Cost Estimator: Perform complete project scope review and determine the scope of work. Develop cost databases for mechanical, civil, & electrical designs related to healthcare projects, infrastructure, transportation, & energy. Prepare project cost estimates, cost breakdown, and cost references from drawings, outlines, or specs. Attend pre-bid meetings. Respond to RFPs/RFOs.
