This requires most of the physical work. FLSA Status : Non-exempt Reports to : Fence Foreman Principle Responsibilities Ability to communicate with Fence Foreman Follow Fence Foreman's instructions Communicate with customer's in a friendly, helpful and professional manner Unload and load tools, fence and construction materials Dig holes and mix cement for installation Install fencing Keep tools and work site clean, safe and organized, Be aware of safety procedures, abide by the Adams Employee Safety Handbook Preparing the site by digging holes where the fencing will be installed Physical Requirements Employees must be physically able to: Dig, haul and shovel Bend, squat, stretch, climb and lift Have physical strength and stamina Consistently lift 80 lbs.
