A Production Welder is responsible for custom manufacturing steel transportation equipment. This role involves using various welding techniques, such as MIG and stick welding, to join metal parts according to blueprints and specifications. The position also requires measuring, cutting, and drilling materials, and testing weld strength

Responsibilities:
Welding: Joining metal parts using MIG and stick welding techniques.
Fabrication: Preparing metal and work surfaces, measuring, cutting, and drilling materials.
Blueprint Reading: Interpreting and working from blueprints, sketches, and 3D drawings.
Quality Control: Ensuring welds meet quality standards and testing weld strength.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining and cleaning welding equipment and work areas.
Safety Compliance: Following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment

Welding Experience: Solid welding experience and training, including MIG and stick welding.
Fabrication Skills: Ability to fabricate from blueprints and perform necessary material preparation.
Dependability: Punctuality and reliability are crucial.

Experience in laying out steel construction efficiently and accurately.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry materials, stand for long periods, work in various positions, and have good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
