Building Engineer

We are seaching for a Building Engineer in Charleston, SC to work for a property management company at one of their commercial properties. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance and be customer service oriented.

responsibilities:

• Perform skilled-level assignments in trades such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, and/or plumbing work in the installation, and maintenance of buildings, and structures and related duties as required
  
  
• Installs, inspects and maintains building structural systems and related components.
  
  
• Fabricates, installs, inspects and maintains electronic systems and subsystems (i.e., burglar and fire alarm, energy management, CAD).
