Senior Managing Land Surveyor (PLS)

Our client in South Eastern, MA is seeking a Senior Managing Land Surveyor. The Senior Managing Land Surveyor will be responsible for, but not limited to: Managing the Surveying Division's daily activities; preparation of existing conditions plans; approving surveying documents for accuracy and submission; and following up and scheduling with new customer intake from internal resources.

To be considered, you must have:

• Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification in Massachusetts
• Experience preparing existing conditions plans as well as approving all relevant surveying documents for accuracy prior to submittal to all appropriate parties
• Proven ability to effectively manage and coach a team of field surveyors and drafters.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver s license
