Need - ServiceNow Architect - Montvale, NJ(Onsite) - MK

• The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals.
• This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, define architecture, and ensure the platforms scalability, performance, and security.
• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps).
• Lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring best practices and governance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Define and maintain architectural standards, documentation, and roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security.
• Oversee integrations with third-party systems using APIs and Integration Hub.
• Participate in upgrade planning and implementation of new features.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps.
• Strong knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI customization, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.
