Job Title: Construction Laborer

Job Type: 40 Hours per week

About Us: BlueTee Construction is a Woman-Owned construction firm dedicated to delivering innovative and high-quality projects. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Site Preparation and Cleanup: Removing debris, clearing pathways, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and moving materials, including tools and equipment.
Assisting Tradespeople: Helping with various tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and roofing.
Operating Machinery: Using tools and equipment like jackhammers, saws, and drills, as well as larger machinery like forklifts.
Building and Dismantling Structures: Erecting scaffolding, temporary structures, and braces.
Digging and Backfilling: Preparing ground for construction, digging trenches, and backfilling excavations.
Safety Compliance: Following safety guidelines and procedures, and reporting potential hazards.
Communication and Teamwork: Working effectively with supervisors and other team members.

Job Requirements:
Required Skills and Abilities:
Physical Stamina and Strength: Lifting heavy objects and performing manual labor for extended periods.
Basic Knowledge of Construction: Understanding construction practices and safety procedures.
Teamwork and Communication: Working collaboratively with other tradespeople and following instructions.
Ability to Learn: Eager to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.
Reliability and Dependability: Showing consistent attendance and performing assigned tasks effectively.
