Seeking For A Highly Skilled Tile Layer

Property owner , managing two properties in East Hampton, is searching for a professional tile layer to assign him frequent projects at both houses.

First starting project consists of :

a) Cut a 23" perfect circle into existing indoor entrance hallway tiled floor. Level correctly the sub floor, lay thin set , install a medallion (picture attached) grout and clean area.
b) Replace two cracked tiles on an outdoor terrace. Remove old tiles, level the ground, cut tiles , apply thin set, lay tiles, grout and clean area.

Time of project : 1 full day
Compensation: $300.00

If this starting small project is performed well, clean and accurately, two floor tile bathroom and shower replacement will be next to come.
