Electrical Engineer Lead

A highly respected and long-established MEP consulting firm is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer, PE to take on a lead role in launching a new regional office. • Serve as the local technical lead and office representative

• Lead electrical engineering design efforts from concept through construction

• Build and mentor a local team of engineers and designers

• Develop and maintain client relationships across the region

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and design quality

• Collaborate closely with leadership at other office locations

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in electrical engineering

• 8+ years of experience in electrical building systems design

• Proven experience in healthcare, higher education, or research facility projects

• Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA, and relevant codes/standards

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; experience with lighting and power design software a plus

• Excellent communication and project leadership skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead and grow a regional office
