Assistant Superintendent Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in a construction field role, ideally with commercial projects
Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (or equivalent field experience)
Working knowledge of safety procedures, jobsite documentation, and scheduling
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to support field leadership in supervising subcontractors and tracking progress
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset and willingness to take initiative
