Assistant Superintendent Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in a construction field role, ideally with commercial projects

• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (or equivalent field experience)

• Working knowledge of safety procedures, jobsite documentation, and scheduling

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to support field leadership in supervising subcontractors and tracking progress

• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset and willingness to take initiative
