Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in commercial drywall estimating with experience in large, complex projects. This individual will play a key role in the bidding and preconstruction process, working closely with the project management team to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial drywall estimating

• Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid software is required

• Strong understanding of construction documents, blueprints, and specifications

• Demonstrated experience estimating large commercial projects

• Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet strict deadlines

• Strong communication and organizational skills
