Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with company goals, budget targets, and schedule milestones. This leadership role requires deep industry expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster strong relationships with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout

• Lead internal teams and external partners across multiple complex projects

• Partner with Estimating during project development

• Interpret and troubleshoot plans, specifications, and design conflicts

• Direct contract negotiations, buyout, and procurement processes

• Guide project documentation including RFIs, submittals, billing, and forecasting

• Drive schedule adherence and cost control while maintaining high quality standards

• Provide mentorship and oversight to Project Managers and support staff

• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience

• 8–10+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects

• Proven success leading project teams from preconstruction through completion

• Strong financial and schedule management capabilities

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
