Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Bridge Construction

Location: Office-based with occasional travel to job sites (Remote work negotiable based on proximity) Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead large or multiple small construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high standards of safety and quality. The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and works closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of construction projects from award to completion

• Act as primary liaison between the company and clients to ensure satisfaction

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting

• Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, and engineers to align with company procedures

• Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiation, and contract management

• Ensure project safety by collaborating with Safety Director and site team

• Review and submit change orders and assist with new project estimates

• Foster a positive team environment and serve as a mentor to junior staff

• Represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of construction project management experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (preferred)

• Experience in bridge construction and Class 1 railroad projects (preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to adapt to changing environments and travel as needed

Work Environment:

• Office-based with site visits as required

• Outdoor site conditions may include uneven terrain, ladders, and work at heights
