Bud Matthews Services is looking for senior-level Plumbing Service Technicians to join our growing team. Were seeking professionals with 6+ years of experience in residential plumbing who can handle everything from water heater installs to water line repipesand communicate effectively with both customers and coworkers.

What Were Looking For:

6+ years of residential plumbing experience

Expert in diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems (especially water heaters, repipes, and fixtures)

Strong people skills and ability to upsell when it benefits the customer

Must be punctual and reliableshowing up on time is non-negotiable

Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written, with customers and the team

Experience with Housecall Pro or equivalent software (must have smart phone)

Self-motivatedno micromanagement needed

Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude

Have a valid driver's license

Must be able to pass a drug test

Compensation:

Hourly pay based on skill level and experience

Hybrid pay structure coming soon (hourly + performance-based bonuses)
