What You Need:
Your own tools the basics, plus a small ladder and at least a 1012 foot ladder
Real-world experience drywall, paint, minor plumbing, electrical, stucco, trim, troubleshooting, etc.
Must be comfortable with doors, windows, and basic roof repairs including tile roofs, flat roofs, and shingles
Ability to problem-solve, adjust on the fly, and not freeze up when something doesnt go as planned and just as important, the ability to set your pride aside and ask for help when you need it.
Weve got a solid team in the field and an awesome staff in the office if you hit a wall, well help you figure it out. You just have to be willing to ask.
You read a tape, think ahead, and clean up after yourself
You show up on time, communicate clearly, and treat customers with respect
No degree required we care about your craftsmanship, not your college credits
Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record that means no DUIs, no reckless driving, or anything that would prevent us from insuring you under our company policy. Youll be driving a company van. No exceptions.
