Contractor looking for carpenter and waterproofing

Contractor - looking for Carpenter and experience in waterproofing. Carpenter must have experience in removing decks, reinstall plywood and install structural joist, facia and railings.
Waterproofing experience.
I will train but must have construction experience.
Must have own transportation, speak English and have Driver's License.
