Plumbing Superintendent for a full-time position. Job requires someone with excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask and possess good organizational skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Procore/Bluebeam. Job entails placing orders for a site utility contractor, document management, interaction with field staff and vendors as well as other various duties. Construction experience is required.
Experience:
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
- Experience in a supervisory role within the industry
- Experience working in a multifamily construction environment
- OSHA Site Safety Experience
- staff leadership

- strategic planning
advanced knowledge of Plumbing materials, equipment, and appropriately matched systems
compensation: Starting pay $30+ based on experience.

Hours 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
