Construction Project Manager

A general contractor that specializes in commercial multi-site projects in the retail space is hiring a Project Manager in Atlanta, GA. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on-site, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the construction process, from planning through to project completion, while managing resources, stakeholders, and contractors. They will be managing 3-5 projects at a given time.

70% travel nationwide is required for this role. Travel is typically one week per month during the first 3 months for onboarding and training at the corporate office in Pomona, CA. After onboarding, travel transitions to project based needs for onsite visits. Overnight stays will depend on project location and schedule. The schedule is Monday-Friday 6:00-4:00 PM.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of Project Management experience in Commerical Construction - remodel, TI, or multi-site roll out

Experience with big box retail or QSR/Fast Casual Restaurants

Experience with MEP Building Systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)

Experience with multi-site management - multiple sites and crews at a given time

Experience with material tracking, daily logs, pre-construction walks, and close outs onsite null
