Now Hiring: Licensed Journeyman Electrician Data Center Project | Cedar Rapids, IA

Join Helix Electric, one of the nation's leading electrical contracting firms since 1985. We're hiring a Licensed Journeyman Electrician for an exciting data center project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Compensation:

$45 per hour

$100 per diem for each day worked

Requirements:

Valid Journeyman Electrician license

3+ years verifiable experience in data center electrical work

Ability to read blueprints & electrical drawings

Strong working knowledge of NEC & safety protocols

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and test electrical systems and equipment

Operate tools like benders, threaders, lifts, and power pullers

Work in commercial construction environments

Follow safety standards and site protocols

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, crawling, climbing)

Work in all weather conditions, 810 hr days
