C A Group HVAC is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants long-term stability, good pay, and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems
Perform regular maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
Communicate clearly with customers
Accurately complete service reports and paperwork
Participate in rotating on-call schedule (if applicable)

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
EPA Certification
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Strong diagnostic and customer service skills
NATE certification a plus (not required)
