Backlogged for year round employment. Hand tools and transportation. 1099 is good on my end but Im not looking to sub my backlog away so your company enjoys my margins. Sell it if thats the arrangement youre looking for. Its a job painting not a paint job. I have a foreman and a superintendent on deck for retirement from my company so there is room to advance. We paint, multi unit residential and commercial projects. Prefinish shop work and some epoxy floor coatings. Pay based on experience. I have a full team so youre not saving the day. Just adding to keep up and grow. You want 50$ an hour you go get it between here and August. Ill be cutting 40 hr checks in February for a fair wage.
